I have more than 25 years of experience in training, with a focus on designing and implementing effective interactive learning experiences. My background spans educational technology management, training development, compliance assessment, and classroom instruction.
I earned my Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State University, where I concentrated on instructional strategy and digital learning environments. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with learning management systems (LMS administration), live streaming, and interactive media production, helping teams deliver training that is both accessible and engaging.
My approach is practical and results-oriented—using technology and multimedia to improve how people learn, collaborate, and share information. I’m particularly interested in how design choices, data, and user experience combine together to make training more effective and memorable.
This site showcases some of the successful tools, projects, and workflows that I use to support learning and communication in a variety of settings.
