Matthew Serwedes – Instructional Design & Live Streaming

I am Matthew Serwedes, and I have more than 25 years of experience in training. I focus on designing and implementing technology-rich interactive learning experiences. My background spans educational technology management, training development, compliance assessment, and classroom instruction.

I earned my Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from Penn State University. There, I concentrated on instructional strategy and digital learning environments. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with learning management systems (LMS administration), live streaming, and interactive media production. I have a passion for helping communication to be both accessible and engaging.

My approach is practical and results-oriented—using technology and multimedia to improve how people change, learn, collaborate, and share information. I like to see how training can become more effective and memorable. Design choices, data, and user experience combine together for this ultimate goal.
